Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Tally Zero, a personal finance tracker operated by Everton Spader. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Tally Zero helps you record and review your own finances. It is an informational tool only and does not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must not use the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — keep your own records where it matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everton Spader is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any financial decision made using the app.

Termination

You may stop using Tally Zero and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access where required to protect the service or comply with law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version date is shown above.
